Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lividora purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

 

Returns: You may return products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email contact@lividora.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

 

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email contact@lividora.com with photos of the damaged product.
