Warranty Policy

 

All Lividora products are quality checked before dispatch. We offer a 30-day warranty from delivery date for manufacturing defects.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and damaged products received. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

To claim, email contact@lividora.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to Stock Unavailability, Payment Issues or Any Fraudulent activity detected.

Email contact@lividora.com with your order number to cancel. Full refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
